Unfortunately we have had to cancel The Caerwent Incident II weekender as the MOD have pulled access to a number of buildings which are essential to the event and which include all the admin buildings and some of the playing area.

We have racked our brains trying to figure out how to get around this and to be honest we can't, so instead of offering you a substandard event we are pulling the plug and we will try again next year and see if they are more understanding about what we need.

No deposit cheques have been banked and so all will now be shredded.

Once again we are sorry but this is out of our control
